These are personal reflections and observations based on my experience, and are offered in order to support, inspire and encourage. They are not written to impose anything as 'right' or 'true', but to illicit curiosity, inquiry and contemplation. If they resonate with your experience they may be helpful, however if they don't that's ok too. Perhaps at the very least they might encourage you to compose your own reflections based on your experience, as a way of listening to and honouring your own inner wisdom and insight.
